Motiondetoxil is committed to transparency about payment and cancellation. This policy outlines your rights and our terms regarding program cancellations and refunds.
Refund Eligibility
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you enroll in any paid program and are not satisfied within 30 days of enrollment, you may request a full refund. After 30 days, payments are non-refundable.
Refund Request Process
- Contact us within 30 days of enrollment at info@motiondetoxil.world
- Include your order number, enrollment date, and reason for cancellation
- We will process your refund within 5 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Non-Refundable Items
- Downloads, templates, and digital resources already accessed
- Completed coaching sessions (if in progress)
- Payments made more than 30 days ago
- Free sessions or consultations
Cancellation of Enrollment
During Your Program: You may cancel your ongoing enrollment at any time. Upon cancellation, you lose access to program materials and coaching. No pro-rata refunds are issued for partial program completion.
Access Removal: Your account access is terminated immediately upon cancellation. Data is retained per our Privacy Policy.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for funds to appear in your account. Check with your bank for specific timelines.
No Refunds For
- Voluntary program changes or downgrades (mid-program)
- Failure to use program materials or complete coaching sessions
- Unsatisfactory results (educational programs do not guarantee outcomes)
- Technical issues on your end (internet, device, etc.)
Special Circumstances
Medical or Emergency Hardship: If unforeseen medical emergency or serious hardship prevents you from completing your program, contact us to discuss options. We evaluate these on a case-by-case basis.
Program Discontinuation: If Motiondetoxil discontinues a program you're enrolled in, you will receive a full refund or credit toward another program of equal value.
Refund Disputes
If you believe a refund was not processed correctly, contact us at info@motiondetoxil.world within 60 days. We will investigate and respond within 10 business days.
Payment Failures
If your payment fails during enrollment, your account will not be activated. No refund is owed for failed transactions. You may retry payment or contact us for assistance.
Policy Changes
We may update this policy periodically. For existing enrollments, the policy in effect at the time of enrollment applies. New enrollments are governed by the current policy.
